With all due respect that's about what it's worth.
Advertise it at 19 and sorry to say you won't get a caller......Or maybe a low ball offer????????
Your much better and keep it until it's paid off as it has very few kilometers on it and I assume well and properly looked after.

If you can of course. Up to you and a buyer if you find one to negotiate.

The car is owned by the finance company so you are responsible for all payments until it is totally paid out.
You cannot sell or dispose of it in any way without paying it out.

It does not make any difference what agreement you make with a purchaser, it is still your responsibility to see the total debt cleared, you cannot transfer the debt from your name to someone else, and in all honesty, who is going to agree to pay $19000 on a car worth $11000.

Sorry to say you are stuck with it, and while it is no consolation, there are thousands of people in your position.

+1. Financers are total jerks when it comes to disposing of your car before it's paid out. They do this for a living, you're not the only one they've dug their claws into.

Total jerks or simply protecting their interests ? The car is the security for the loan after all.

The car is actually owned by the finance company until the last payment is made, that is why it is called hire purchase.
You are only hiring it until you pay it out.
