Putin is trying to blame the West and Ukraine but it seems ISIS is responsible. Shame, I thought Trump had said he finished them off? Another tall tail I guess.
No doubt Putin will use this to escalate his efforts in Ukraine.
There has also been a change in rhetoric coming out of Russia (after the election LOL) where officials are now referring to the war in Ukraine instead of the "special operation" that was used before. It might be a sign that Putin may fully mobilise to try and take Ukraine in the near future.

Well they were provoked by Israel bombing their embassy in Damascus, so there is that. Apparently they should have just asked for some more sir?

Nope. Israel was stupid doing that but the response is a escalation and then consider Iran has been attacking Israel via its proxies. Iran is not free from guilt either.
Last I looked Israel and Iran don't share a border so dozens of missiles and drones have had to fly via other countries. A very bold move and not very effective as Israel will have lots of warning.
