Unless it is Wests Tigers who are at the bottom of the NRL table. I know.- how does the magpie fit? For you Mexicans and non NRL types. In NZ it isn't, just like possums....
Both are pests....

Whether or not the possum population could have been contained in NZ is open to conjection seeing as how many there are but removing the bounty certainly didn't help. Not sure which year it was but the magpie was voted the most popular bird in Australia. Certainly no problem in our area.

I've got 3 or 4 maggies hanging round my place....I have a tree out the front they nest in and more often than not, I come home and they're either wandering round the front lawn, on the house roof or on a car roof....When I drive up the driveway is when they fly into the tree
