2nd Projecta. I've had one of these for a few years now. There's fancier, but it does the job.
I have a battery in my shed that was previously in the car. It lights up with 12 volts every time. I'm getting anywhere in between 180-400 CCA depending on many factors including the weather, and whether the dog is hungry. Trust it implicitly to run a 60 watt globe.

There is a lot more to testing a battery than a multimeter can test.

For the short term, battery world can load test it. Check its health. It’s resistance.

Now you own a VE, I strongly suggest you get one of these. Long term, they will help you out. Takes a week or so to get one if you are over east.

VE’s in low voltage situations are going to create more CANbus gremlins than all three Gremlins movies combined.
