what diff ratio is in a vx manual v6?

Hey guys,

I was out and about last week and noticed a wrecked vx S pack in tiger mica out the front of someones house. Naturally I went and asked what the plans were and if I could purchase it as they took the motor and manual box.
It has the front and back in tact so ill convert my vt to the vx look. I also need interior and some other pieces then ill wreck it too.

what I wanna know is what diff ratio would be in it. Its an NA v6 manual S pack.

More than likely 3.08
If you look at the diff itll actually state what it is on a sticker and will either be open or lsd

Will the diff tag have a code or will it say LSD?

Yeah the ss's were 3.45 from memory and the clubbies were 3.7
Both lsd

if its LSD itll have a tag hanging from the filler nut thing saying LSD

Watch out though cause some have a 4 bolt set up and others have a 3 bolt setup where it bolts to the tailshaft, just check what yours is and match em up

my old vu v6 manual had a diff ratio of 3:46.

my vy-II SS manual has a diff ratio of 3:46 too.

the diff tag says LSD. there is a little sticker on the drivers side of the diff that says the ratio.
