i am pretty sure avgas will destroy your O2 sensors. otherwise i would be running it right now

What about Avgas in a VZ 6 cyl? I assume it may frig up the engine, but it's worth asking I supposes! it's just that I have an unlimited supply of free Avgas, so if I can make use of it I will!!!!

Could someone please tell me if it is safe to run a percentage of Avgas in my stock Vt SS S2 Gen 3. If so what ratio would be considered safe ?
Also how would it be an advantage/disadvantage to the health of my engine ??

Whats the deal with shells new 91 ron unleaded?

It's useless and has worse economy than standard 91 RON unleaded in my car.

i just use regular unleaded. i mean a stock 3.8L meh its already had 18 years normal unleaded lol so i wont change fuel until i change it and it becomes PROJECT VN lol...well yeah just my 2cents

Ahh who uses that crap.

Go to refinery mate and grab yaself some AVgas. Then go to supercheap mate and grab some Octane booster. Shoot flames or what !

I've got a VX SS developing 265rwkW.

Always have ran the 98 octane without any problems.

Once Shell was promoting the 100 (ethanol mix), so I tried it. Made absolutely no difference and was 'ripped-off' in the process for further 10c per litre.

Being ethanol mix, thus cheaper to produce than premium, it should be cheaper than 95 octane un-leaded.
