We were with my dad who was supervising my gf, i had an arguement with my dad he walked home about 1km away, which left us the only option of driving back by our selfs, sounds stupid i know.

If its only 1 km wouldn't have even bothered driving, just walk there and back.

This thread is so full of holes, it should sink any second. Try levelling with us, not telling only a few pissy little details.

It's pretty obvious you have little if any respect for the law. "The cop over the road is a cockhead, he has it in for me, he sent me tickets....." etc.
You're a suspended driver. Suspended for what?
You and your old man have a spit, so he walks and you can't be bothered driving one kilometer, so you let the learner drive, even though you aren't comfortable about it?
And to top it off, you come on here and ask if you will get into further strife being the "supervisor" of a learner, whilst suspended yourself.

Boo friggin hoo.

You need a serious reality check pal. Wake up to yourself.

I put it down to the cockhead cop accross the road who has had it in for me

Seriously? You now want to play the victim card? You are the cockhead who made the decision to sit in the passenger seat next to an unlicenced driver and act as Supervisor. The Police Officer did the right thing as you broke the law.

Both of you had best get out the bus timetables.

You're a suspended driver. Suspended for what?

Probably behaviour like this from his other thread:

I was thrashing the VS down the freeway today was doing about 170 then all of a sudden the car lost all power so i had to pull over and restart the engine, is this abnormal?

1. What was the officer's explanaition for pulling you're GF over?
2. What was you're GF fined $700 for?
3. Why do you think you are above the law? Actually you say your Uncle has been in & out of jail so that explains a lot.

I hope for everyone's sake it's a while before you get your License back.

I've done similar, but didn't get done thank god. I was at a party on my p's and had a couple of drinks over the night, I'd had 4 over 6 hours, so I would've been well under had I been fully licensed. I didn't want to leave the car behind as it was a dodgy neighborhood, so o chose to drive back to my mates house. Had I have gotten caught, I would've had a suspended license and a big fine, it was a chance I'd taken, and o can tell you, never again.
I don't know why you didn't walk,
I don't know why I didn't walk. Count yourself lucky at the moment.
