You know what's putrid besides the water they use? The smell of a crack head. There's one maniac here I watched wipe down a drivers boot with a dry squeegee. Lucky it was only a Mazda

At worst I'll run 98 but usually stick to E85.

is it worth using ? Id be running it on my SV6 with the LLT engine

To be honest mate I would not bother using it at all except if the engine was boosted or running some serious compression, under those circumstances it is definitely worth while.

After nearly 2yrs from new I got Tuned Flex Fuel for 95/98/E85 23-12-2014.
One Tank of E85 and never bothered again.
Not the speed / the fun (safely).
Didn`t need it the 95/98 is great.

Very hard to find E85 (or flex fuel) in Melbourne.

Same here. One or two outlets in the north of the state. Just like gas very few have it now since pretty much no one sells it.

In my experience, the simple answer to the worth of E85 is if you have supercharged the motor to get performance, have it correctly set up for flex fuel (fuel flow etc as it is less efficient in terms of usage) then E85 will give you more power. Before & after dyno figures show the improvement.

On petrol. I have always used 91 in my 2014 Mitsubishi Triton Ute. Last week I inadvertently filled it with the E10 stuff.
Now I don't know for sure, but when I took a trip on the freeway, it seemed to sound more grunty than usual.
Please explain if anybody has a theory for this.
