What should I do???

I have a 5L VT Clubsport I am wanting to get
the diff ratio changed from 3.08 to 3.7 its a auto.
Do you know someone who has done this and know
what they thought of it and what ratio they went.?
Other options is 3.9 or 4.1 , I can get 3.46 put in it
for very good price just not too sure if it will make that
much difference.
