What VF parts are you stockpiling for later use?

Still haven't done the install. Check the link below for install instructions, sounds pretty straightforward. I'm debating whether to install or sit on them as another part to hold onto, like the start button, driver's seat bottom cover, steering wheel, and a clutch or three. It's the LHD parts that are gonna be tough to get over here, the cowl is one of many examples already... ☹

I bought one of these switch assemblies hoping the switch, font etc would be the same.
Physically the switch is the same. The lighting and the font are different. The replacement font is much darker. The lumination is also a different colour. It's a bit bluish.

I had a play around and ended up pulling the new switch apart, removing and pulling apart the old one, and replacing the original source switch with the raised one.
So now it all looks the same as the cruise control switches on the other side.

Wasn't hard just tedious. The install itself was easy. Hardest bit was finding the release for the air bag.

If your as pedantic as me, my advice would be to be very very gentle and slow about pulling the switches apart. But the swapping is easy.

Unfortunately the one i have is a passenger cover , keep in mind if your buying from the US you want the passenger/right side

Yes , thats right , my passenger seat is rarely used and covered so i doubt i'd need it as a spare .
