i forget ive posted here, but if its a different story then i lied before and this is the truth.

first car was the Mighty Excel, then i got my mums VP, then thats dead and im back with my excel.

2500 for the excel, manual, only had 2 oil leaks and everytime you shift into 3rd it crunches. so i get all the oil leaks fixed for 150 bucks and i just had to learn to be at the right revs when i change into 3rd.

my next car is gonna be a nice VR, no finance for that, just saving for it, will take a bit but im afraid of finance, especially over 5000.


im gonna try some auctions for spotting out my next car, going to spend around 7-8, maybe 9. but this is for a V6 VR Berlina/Acclaim, w/ spoiler, and a really good engine/cooling system . reckon I'll get a good one for that price?

then id probably have to get a VS exec, no mad little features, no spoiler, probably a bit worse condition than a good vr would be in. thats my thought pattern anyway.

You should be able to get a good VR for 6 grand, I saw a VR V6 Calias (but was a Toyota one) for 6,500, had IRS, Cruise, Climate control, ABS, all that stuff. But I think I'd take an executive VS over a posh VR. BTW my first car was a 1977? Red Ford Escort panel van, 4 speed manual with an 8 ball for a gear knob It had a 1600 engine + twin barel weber + GT? exhaust manifold, basically it was a Formula ford engine and it had Dragway 4 spoke wheels, remember those? . It went allright but not as fast as the OHC 2 liter and it wouldn't have even seen which way my VN went

haha when i was 17 got me first car was sittin in a yard full of bloody rust and had a for sale sign on it for $350 for the life of me wouldnt have clue what the hell it was (had no idea bout cars then could tell at sigma form a codia lol ) but knew it was a holden and it only had 2 doors so i worked at mowing lawns and washing cars for 3 weeks went around after school one day found it was gone and i said every name under the sun outloud lol then got home and found out me old man had bout it for me lol as a bday prezzy ohh we ran the complince numbers ( half of it was rusted out so couldnt read what it was) turns out it was an original 69 HT GTS Monaro for we took the 350 out rebuilt it from the sump up lol cucked the old cluckin box out and put in a new rebuilt auto new interior and paint its a cherry black and got her registored after fixin all the rust lol and yes i still have the car me being 26 this yr it sits in the shed i drive it on weekends just for a bit of a play got it evaluated at 27 000 cause of it condition ( didnt use any of that bog **** for for rust, pressed all new panels made the car lighter to lol help known someone in the metal pressing industry lol )

My first car was a 1989 VN Berlina.. 2 tone dark blue and silver, stock as a rock everything.. had that for about 3 months before a ute ran a red light and smashed into it.
