I wouldn't get an SV8 personally, I love the SS kit and ive heard their brakes are sh*t.

If you aren't going to go crazy with mods get a manual, much more fun around the street. I dont mind the auto, and they are pretty hectic combined with huge cam + hi stall + diff gears.
