I spotted a Nissan 350Z the other day, with genuine Porsche badging and a heap of blue panel beaters tape over it, in an attempt to make it appear like a Porsche....Now, that was a sight to see...

Yeah I had an AU Falcon and thought the same.

I reckon the AU actually looks better than the first generation CLS, and it will be more reliable... I actually photoshopped a Mercedes logo and grill onto an AU and it turned out looking pretty classy, though the photoshop job was terrible...

Nope, genuine Porsche badges....That's how much effort the person went to.

The tape is what got me looking at it in the first place.....The badges then caught my attention, especially the one on the nose of the bonnet...

Obviously more money than cents.

Back in the seventies I was working on the extension to a Mercedes dealership. The grill for one of their models was worth more than my car.
