I received a brake calliper sweep template for the Harrop Ultimate brake kit and it looks like the Harrops have plenty of room..
This was what was written on the back of the wheels after removal..
Not sure what the offset is though??
Would the offset be 48???

Yep the 20x8.5jx48 tells you all you need to know.
it's a 20" wheel in diameter, 8.5" wide and offset of 48. The J is in reference to the valve (can't remember what)

If you were in sydney we could test fit the wheel on my car with brembo calipers to check the clearance

So they should clear brembo calipers ?

Presumably, since the stock wheels are 19"x8.5" +48
On my MY14 forged redline wheels (same specs) I have about 4-5mm of clearance at the spokes at most.

This is forged HF20 wheel that is on my car now and clears Brembos front and rear. 48 offset by the looks of it. JHP might have this one wrong ?

In the mid '90's, Harrop did a competition front brake kit for VN to VS with 355mm rotors and 6 spot calipers that would fit under 17 x 9" ROH RT wheels. No other brand 6 spots on a rotor that size would go close to a 17" wheel, but Ron Harrop managed to design a caliper profile to fit and in their day, the brakes were sensational!

I think ROH ceased production of the RT wheel a few years ago now, but it was one of very few 9" wide wheels you could buy off the shelf to fit a Commodore with good brake clearance.
