I’ve used this site a dozen times when buying second hand wheels and it hasn’t led me astray yet.

VU has 5 x 120 pattern, 12mm studs, with a 1.5mm thread pitch and a 60 degree countersink on standard wheels. Centre bore is 69.5mm. Offset is around +45 or a bit under. A spacer is going to affect your offset in the negative direction.
