my ute has a scratch from the previous owner, and i finally have had enough of it, where is the best place to buy?

have you tried your local panel beaters?? im sure they can fix it and respray as opposed to getting a new bar and needing it to be resprayed anyway..

its pretty scratched, would love to know what he hit, its pretty rough i doubt a respray will do the job
