Lol I heard with boost running a cam with a bit more lobe seperation than stock and longer ex duration than inlet is the best way to go for an off the shelf cam. Best option is to get a custom ground one to suit the boost but of coarse theyre going to cost more than something off the shelf

!st one is a little bigger 2nd has slightly less lift and 2 more degrees of duration on the ex. if im reading it correctly. Both have 112 lobe speperation which is ok imo i think 114 would be better but that is ok. They look like good cams

Your right Pub 24/7

Running a higher LSA with forced induction, brings the power curve up more.

And also a bigger gap in the duration with IN/EX is ideal

As VNV8driver said, anything over the crow 276 cam, is a waste of time, based on your mods.

Your standard manifold wont flow anywhere near that. The Banana manifold should be called the nugget manifold! its rubbish :)

Its like trying to shove a square block into a circle hole, except, im using that as an example of the airflow etc.

Yella Terra, and the likes, have upgraded manifolds, similar to the Group A manifolds, which are ideal.

silly man! he has a supercharger where his manifold would normally be lol. id be careful with the cam advice given so far. sounds like youve been given N/A cam advice

Silly man????? LOL :whistling

Misinformed on my part yes! I didnt read that he had the Eaton on there. So yes, i was referring to a N/A 5L.

Back to the topic at hand. Yes it is 'IDEAL' to run a higher LSA with FI.

Also a bigger EX duration on the cam over the IN duration.
