Pfft. They put out enough bass to make it not possible to see out of the car when driving because everything is blurry as ****. Plus i normally have it quiet so i can hear the V8 roar instead

yeah best thing about a ute is being paraletic and climbing into a swag in the back... and also the looks.



i got mine somewhat for work, but also because i enjoy camping and stuff where a ute is awesome

I so badly want a VE SS ute ( not sure on year tho ) but the misses wants me to go diesel. Only if they made this ute with that option.

In the mid 90s utes started to become more than a work horse! Hence they made the first ss ute in 98.(my ute This was the start of the ute craze that in some way replaced sports cars.
Guys with mid life crisis were getting utes not sports cars. Now days 80% of utes never see work!

Ok... from a wagon lover :axe:.

1) Utes are heavier.
2) Utes are less aerodynamic and therefore use more fuel.
3) Utes are less secure carrying stuff.
4) Utes wont protect your stuff from the elements.
5) Utes are no good if you have kids, or in-laws, or more than one friend in addition to the mrs.
6) Utes wont accomodate a subwoofer (fully sick).
7) Utes don't look anywhere near as good as a wagon does.

(Didnt stop me owning a ute prior to the wagon though :surprise

Gotta be honest and say that the wagons look pretty good and they can probably store plenty, but there's no way you'll be putting a filthy mower in the back of your wagon, back of the Ute - thats what it's for...

For me, the appeal of the sedan was that it has got a massive boot, and my 11 year old son who is a big fella fits in the back with no worries while the wifey is in front with plenty leg room too...

I dont see enough servo's around with LPG to make it worth while. plus the extra $$$ to fit the kit.
