Wiring through firewall

Where is the best spot to route some wiring through a VT II firewall. I have to run a driving light circuit.

There is a rubber grommet thing on the firewall to the right of the brake booster, it's sort of diamond shape with round edges and pretty big. I pierced a hole in the centre and feed some wires through it.

On the passenger side behind the glove box there is a hole with a little rubber grommet in it, i used this hole to run the power cable to my new stereo and so it didnt get water in it i made a hole in the rubber grommet and threaded the cable through then used some silicon to seal it up completely. From there i ran the cable through 10mm flexible conduit and cable-tied it to the existing wires all the way to the battery.
