Hey guys any idea what this noise is at the front wheels, at first it was on the right side now the right side is silent and the left has started.

Its like a brushing metal to metal sound. Theres no sign of any stones or debris in/around the brakes etc. The sound doesn't change when applying brakes. Sound increases in speed relative to rate the wheel is spinning. At first I thought wheel bearings but cannot find any info online that supports this particular sound as bearings.

have u checked your pads lately , pads scrapping against rotors from ether whooped rotors or brake pads.

if its the bearings jack the wheel and spin it, and pull the top and bottom to c if there any movement.

Sadly, if its not changing with braking then I think you are back to bearings. Bearings can make the strangest sounds that you wouldn't believe are them...

Test the bearings by jacking the car up and spinning the wheels by hand. And while they're spinning, hold onto the strut to feel for any graunch or rubbing that might be inaudible. Also perform a wobble test.

At this pointyou probably wouldn't detect a wobble yet though would you?

Probably not, but while it's jacked up wouldnt hurt to check. The key check will be for anything through the strut.
