Ok, So I read on here that some/all execs have the power connectors for the front window regulators.
Now... What's confused me is it seems my back ones have them also (although they arn't pushed through to the door) - is this normal?

Anyhow, I have an exec with a low series BCM, What i'm wondering is if there will be any advantage to using the existing loom over my own wiring? I should also note that there appears to be no connector for the switch in the rear door(s).

Cheers,
JD

Just had a good look inside the door, definately can't find plugs for the switch :(
I'm thinking I might be better off using my own wiring, as it probably goes to the BCM and does nothing (because of the low level BCM), or would it continue to somewhere?
I didn't notice any plugs in the centre console either (not that I had a good look)

Anyone?

things to check if you have the wiring..

2 metal pins in fuse 5 (i believe its no5)
5 metal pins where the pwr window relay goes
plugs under the console, beneath the stereo.
plugs in the B-piller, which is for the rear doors

if you have them u can install power windows without much hassle, i think there is a couple of threads with good info in the electrics section or it could have been in this section

I don't think I have it all, just the window regulator plugs (which are taped off)
I don't have ABS either
