Hi
I own a 2004 holden crewman vy s2 and for the past 2-3 weeks there has been a sound in the driver's side tyre/wheel area going wup wup wup sound, but about 4weeks ago I got 2 new front tyres,
I have checked to see if the bearing was bad but it wasn't, if anyone knows what's going on I would be much appreciated
Cheers

Ok, then it's not the diff. Not sure if Crewy had cone LSD anyway. But VR and VS make a woof, woosh noise and it comes from the diff.

If I read this correctly, you got 2 new tyres THEN one started going wup wup.

If this is the case and the tyres were fitted by a tyre shop,
then take the car back cause you possibly have a faulty tyre.

Better still, run your hand slowly around the tyre feeling for high spots,
and when you find a high spot, take the car back to the tyre shop and tell them it is faulty.

What do you mean by wup, wup? Is the noise dull, woosh, almost like a tyre rubbing on a guard sound?
