Keep a drink bottle filled with tap water in the car. Whenever you see poo, you can just rinse it off. Even my partner does this now since a bird poo ate through her clear coat on the bonnet as few years ago.
Keep a good coat of sealant on the paint and wash it semi regularly. Done
