VE Calais V Lower Chrome Grille Mould

I have an 06 calais & I want to add more chrome around the grille.

I was considering fitting a statesman grille or something but I have since seen new Commodore & Calais models with chrome around the sides & bottom of the grille.

Is this an integral part of the grille or is it a lower grille chrome mould fitted there ?

What will fit to my car etc what grille suggestions has anyone got ?

Has anyone fitted another grille to their Calais ?

Ok I have found out that the lower chrome is part of the grille, so now I want to know if the series 2 Berlina or Calais grilles are the same size & shape as series 1 ???

Can anyone tell me whether the new Calais grille is the same shape & size as the series 1 grille ? The mould I am after is sold seperately but aint cheap so would like to know if it will fit before buying it ???

do what i did and add your own, just buy your own self adhesive strip and cut to length.

That looks pretty damn good, what sort of chrome strip is that, is it flexible or moulded that shape?

Thanks guys, I love it. Should have been like that from new I reckon.

The chrome mould is just flexible plastic covered stick on stuff which comes off a roll cut to length. Cost me $20 fitted & took 5 minutes to install.
