I want to say a big thankyou to everyone here who helped with advice, and the1 for doing me a great price on a mail order memcal. Without justcommodores.com I could not have done it. (I'd like a dollar for everyone that has been helped out of a pickle by the forums. Keep up the good work!)
So here it is when I first got it. Standard vp seats, leaking fluid from every were all the suspension was shot, hubs,cv's, unis, centre bearings all cactus.it had vt calipers and standard vr booster/mc my god the travel in the break pedal........ But the motor ran ok and the auto was sound and the price was right. it had 8 months rego and I got the owner down to $1500. Sound like a heap of? It was! The only reason I got it was because I had heaps of spares. It all started when I bought a wrecked vs ssfor the motor and box for my lh torana. After that came a 5.0 5spd vs ute minus the manual conversion and then an l67 Greg Norman international stateo. And a clubsport replica that had all the bells and whistles. Even a hsv badged sunroof that will get installed shortly. I rang holden it was just a 6 cylinder.
At one point this is what my shent looked like unfortunately I'm on apprentice wages so I have to sell anything that I don't need to afford the next thing. It works ok my ss owes me around 2k yet I've spent 8k on it. A man can make good cash buying wrecks and selling the parts, if you don't mind idiots and a yard that resembles a wreckers.
It Doesn't sound like much and most will turn there nose up at it, pffft turn ya nose up its my rig and I love it ;-) keep in mind I was on 2nd year apprentice wages when I got it and still only on Third year wages now and payed for a wedding in between, here's what I've done since October...

Thanks, seats were in the clubby replica, I can. Only assume someone wrecked a clubby and put all the goodys in an Acclaim. It had all the right stuff, right down to the HSV luggage straps in the boot. Best thing was, after I sold all the bits I didn't need it only ended up owing around $1400, and I wrecken market value on the bits I did keep would be around 3k ;-)

Looks good.
Is that a taped up airbox?
Still got some wrecks laying around? Need some parts.
