That's the problem the spring won't touch the base of the plenum it's 12mm to short..

Thanks for replying, All true but if the PCV can move up and down 12mm freely there's nothing for the O-ring to seal on if it's just gravity keeping it there..

I have noticed that too and measured mine at 10mm above the manifold and 22mm in the recess so the spring has 12mm free space, so why have a O-ring on the PCV?

If it's not oil maybe some type of stop leak?

Yes mine did that once the very same thing, got rid of the factory spring type clamp and replaced it with a normal clamp..

That does look like trans fluid, the internal cooling unit is just a tube with a line to the top and a line to the bottom of it.. Need a new radiator to fix it..

Well here's an up-date, No I am NOT going to use them as I removed the fuel rail today and removed the old injectors only to find cheap Bosch copies was already being used in there...o_O There will another up-date when the Genuine Bosch injectors arrive;)

I can see the cylinders that says knock sensor is active and it shows the negative degrees of spark timing.

I would say it's based off the narrow band sensor, I did have the dreaded oil in the radiator and did the manifold gaskets and was hoping it was sucking air there but no change and did look at all the vac hoses while it was apart. I did replace one but I might have split when removing it.

I would say its just the commanded AFR and yes it's a bit late for lean cruise and it's up hill with a bit of a load, don't think this program does anything like that..

Just been looking at the data and I'll throw it up here for you to see..

I have cleaned the MAF and changed the fuel filter and changed plugs - checked Omhs reading on the leads, also cleaned the throttle body..

Tested up my usual hill and all is great;) Even plugged the laptop in and got some fuel trims and 02 senor reading etc.. Also when I got back I looked in the dark to see if any Leads are arcing after giving them a spray of water in misting bottle all good.

OK I have 3 DFI modules and 6 coils, I checked every coil and all very close to mine so I swapped 1 DFI module and 3 coils

Well mate never showed and I just tested the coils and the reading of 6000 ohms between coil posts and the under side of the coils I get .002 on all coils. I'm going to his place tonight to get the DFI and coil packs from him..

Hi Trevor, Plugs replaced a few weeks ago and I did check the leads with a multimeter and all good but have not looked in the dark to see if any are arcing. Feels like engine also the coils still are numbered so original I guess? Mate coming over on Saturday and he has a spare DFI and coils so...
