Did you have to take it to holden or a similar place to have the ecu,dash or bcm reprogrammed at all? i now have all the gear to convert my vt auto to manual. i have read a few comments that it needs to be taken to holden to get reprogrammed. i have done a vl commodore before and it works...

It is part of the safety feature if you have an accident. the oil pressure will drop and cut the power to the fuel pump so the fuel isnt pumping out everywhere

has any heard about the oil pressure sensor cutting off the fuel pump when the oil sensor is faulty? aparently it is a safety thing for the car incase of an accident so the pump shuts off instead of pumping fuel still causing a blaze, could this be any issues to cas dilema's?

Dfi modules are common for ecotecs, changed one last week and fixed the problem, mind you i had changed the plugs, leads, checked vaccum , cas was replaced and all that was left was the dfi and coils, goes like a shower of you know what now. sounds like the same problem i had.
