Done and dusted 4 bolts and 2 plugs removed and replaced. To be on the safe side i disconnected battery and life is good again.

No need for an antenna its just a suction mounted one i have but i dont want to drag the cord all the way to the centre console. The way ive gone is used the smokers kit plug and wired under the dash to this.

Can i install after market sports seats in my VY. or is there some airbag thing thats gonna stop me. I aint worried about losing the electric adjustments just i heard there was something to do with the airbags and the seats. For the record i dont have side impact bags

No its different the cover goes all the way back to the centre pillar where the seat belt is.

Hmmm tried that it seems to be joined to the hand rail thingy at the top of the door. So there is no screws or anything holding it on near the vents??

Like I said HBD version of a sportier front bar it comes with the HBD sports pack range of extrras. it actually screws on to the exec bumper to give it a lower look so it doesnt look out of place with the side skirts and rear bar being lower.

Does anybody know what the HBD codes are that are etched onto the HBD compliance plates mean. I thought it would be good to make a list. I know SP1,2,3 are the Sports Pack options that they offer but there are more and i was just wondering if other members knew what some of the other ones are.

Funny you should mention that i was looking at that today and thinking that looks different than a normal exec front bar but couldnt put my finger on it. Apparently it is HBDs version of a sports front bar. You can buy my old one if you like its just sitting around in the shed now.
