check for fault codes... possibly a CAS?

get under you car, where the steering column meets the steering rack (the thing that connect to both wheels and turns the wheels) follow it up until you can see it going inside the car. coat it with wd40 or penetrate etc.

are you still thinking of buying my T5 kit?

the manual should be faster, more economical and fun than the auto. IMO auto's are crap and unreliable and expensive to fix.

did you wait for it to flash 3 times, alot of people forget this. if its not starting it should have logged an error. have ou disconnected the battery recently? If it worked for them it may work for you. check battery and electrical connections are tight and then try replacing the DFI module.

i wouldnt be expecting much from either a buick or an ecotec... although your vy ecotec is probably faster than it feels, i mean there is almost ten years of refinement there.

Very nice write up guys, gave you rep haydz as this will help a tonne of people. there is alot of conflicting answers though, as everyone has different experiences with their conversions. i guess you will iron out the creases in your final copy.

who ever you are getting the VR gearbox from, ask them for their flywheel, or alternatively find a wrecked S2 VN or a VP

can you see what it is? smell it, youll know if its diff oil, it stinks!

yep definately change your trans fluid, the difference between the two is, the sender sends a current to your gauge to tell you the tempature of your coolant, and the sensor tells your ecu the motor needs more fuel. how many times did you get code 12?

i dont have pics, but mine is mounted behind the front bar into some brackets the go into the radiator support panel. you can put it anywhere there is airflow
