^^^^ Nice. And rare to find one that has the odometer starting with 1 rather than 2 or 3.

I am watching a Cross6 on carsales for $12,990 that has 20Km more than mine, for insurance and price curiosity.
However, I think that you have to be aware of the AWD models, and be a bit of fan, as they are not a a mainstream ute. Limited audience ?

In years to come, they will be the XU1, the HQ Monaro, the Atlas Grey VN SS Group A. In other words, something that is collectable and a highly unique and important part of Holden production.

Tongue in cheek there ? Agree with uniqueness, but maybe too unique to be mainstream desirable.
Doubt if my grandsons will have that sort of affection for them, 'cos I'll be long gone for the collectable profiteering.

Lots more goodies for her while I focus on family and renovating the whole house.

I got a little job done today. Had a go at vinyl wrapping. Super hard but good fun.

I have never done it before so if you do it for a job I apologise for what you are about to see. I’m happy enough with the outcome.

I know black won’t be everyone’s cup of tea, but for this I’m going with black. Gloss black badges as well.

Step one was fit the bonnet trim. M5 Stainless rivnuts go into the hexagonal holes. 4 of them.

Fits well.

This trim was priced well and not perfect. Some scuffing but I’m not paying $250-$300 for one of these. I found a new bracket for it too. The bracket that it came with was bent.

Sat it in the vice to get started. It’s all cleaned down with IPA.

The film. I’ve got plenty. If I fk it up I can try again. Here we go. I got it from the US and it had reasonable postage.

Why did I lay it on the bench with the sticky bit down? Never mind, it was ok and no schmutz got on it.

Had two goes because as I got the other end it wouldn’t fit. So easy to peel it off and try again.
