In the second instance, he had cars braking in front of him, and you at an unsafe distance behind him, pushing him, so he tried to get out of the sandwich. When you ignored his indicator and forced passed him, he no longer had a need for the right lane, the aggravation was gone, so he was able to stay in the lane he wanted in the first place.

I disagree. At no point in the video can i see cars braking in front of him. You can see other cars tail lights thru the windscreen and there isnt any braking going on, and at the end of the footage when TVR pulls out to overtake
the cars in front are a massive distance ahead. Another car even pulls into the lane, in front of said dick, quite comfortably so no real "sandwhich" happening.
