XD is a laughy face..

Back to the gate, you need the addy lights as they have rounded corners, the reverse lights are on that gate, luckily but for the overall condition.
Dang, it's rough, only get it if A you're confident on fixing that crease or B you're going to use it as parts for another( bloody cheap for parts) other than that it looks like glass and hopefully the internals are there..
But by the looks of it the boot inner trim is off so who knows what's nicked from it.
Thats the one that was shown in the ad. But l think its gone.
The guy got back to me & said he has a blue one, thats not complete.
I'm still waiting for him to get back with whats missing?

Hopefully the other ones a little nicer, depending on what's missing tho, could be a mint condition, but if it's missing the spoiler and wiper controller or their busted it's gonna cost almost as much to replace them.

One thing I've been toying with it redoing the spoiler holes so I can put a standard spoiler back on, there's a fibreglass one that ssv makes that really nice, would need to make a custom 3rd brake light to fit it tho.

Poor blokes gonna come back to his 3yo post and see pages of info xD
The person just got back to me. He had a few tailgates. (l think wreckers). They all looked pretty rough incomplete.
So l told him not to worry about it.

Oh well, keep them in mind when you need parts tho, $100 for a gate is cheaper pretty good when the boot module alone is $70, wiper module is more expensive than standard commo the trim panel is pretty expensive, if I was in Vic I would buy a couple from them for parts alone.

Watched someone at school pickup put the grommets school bags in their Klugger. Lift the glass. In they went.

It just makes sense. If only Holden had these tailgates as standard the entire time of production.

@Lex I think we are over thinking this.

You got a 6 speed to work in yours.
You Frankensteined the front bar.
Why not just go the Adventra tail gate. Then use an Adventra rear bar with VT-VZ wagon sides. Just do the same thing you did with the front. Then there is no cutting and welding needed on the tail gate.

The Adventra is all the same underneath as a wagon. Just has the flared arches on the rear bar.
