I performed a search, but it seems none of the results are recent.

I would like to replace the head unit on my 2008 VE SV6 Series 1 with one that offers simple bluetooth streaming but also supports the steering wheel controls.

I have looked at other methods of achieving the same results but all of them require a different set of buttons or screens (for example the Parrot that comes with yet another screen for the dash and another set of buttons for music control).

Any thoughts?

EDIT - I asked the seller if this head unit would suit my exact vehicle, and he blatantly said "no it will not" (that is literally all he said)

Might not be what you want but still a great option

I've been keeping an eye on these for a while now. Looks like they've finally arrived in Perth. Will be getting one as soon as I can scrounge up the cash.

Retail $300. Plus the cost of the headunit and harnesses obviously. So far only seen the black ones. Black look better than the silver ones but I don't want to have to upgrade my center console to match it (seriously considered it though).

Only $300? Jeez thats tempting to upgrade to a decent double din unit. I'm assuming one of the harnesses is for the steering wheel controls?
