Looking at some AA & AAA rechargeable battery systems.

What brands are using? What to stay away from?

I'm using Aldi, and Duracell. Duracell I bought from eBay. I burn through batteries with my headlamp while working on the ute. So rechargeables are the only way to go.

Been using everready for a few years now in my remotes....Haven't struck any problems

In typical fashion, 2 tellies only turn on and off via the remotes...(yeah, can pull the plug at the power point but can't turn it back on), have a battery operated mouse for the laptop....

DVD's and blue ray's also have remotes that I use rechargeables in too

I was looking at the energizer ones, (Officeworks with Bunnings price match for the extra discount)

I remember eneloops being very popular years ago on ozbargain, but I never dropped into that at the time.

I use the envelops from costco.

Have had some for 4-5 years now that seem fine.

Most of the other brand batteries that I have haven't fared as well

Tried a tested with evidence I use ONLY Energizer Ultimate Lithium, or Duracell Optimum, on the cheaper remote I use Energizer Alkaline. I WONT USE RECHARGEABLE as most leak. Also could you imaging having 20 sorry 24 remotes + the Wi Fi keyboard and re=charging the batteries. I will have to have a Calendar to say who is the next in line to be re charged
Evidence Below

The blotched marks on the TV is to hide my ugly face
Take note of the Remotes they are in line of the end of the Table My OCD is kicking in.
