best stuff for fixing steering wheels is the sikaflex poly glue its redish in color very thick you squeeze it in to the holes on the wheel might need to drill 2 extra holes and squeeze it in let it sit over night it will come out a bit but cut it back clean it up and she will hold ive fixed 3 wheels like this and they havent failed after 3 years of use so far
