Yes, the belt has a reliability speed limit, all machinery has limits as you would well know.

That limit has risen a bit lately, not sure of new limit with RaceChange system, we have edged it up a lot on our test vehicle and still running well, needs more run time tho to be certain

So you guys think that what im seeing on my gauge is pretty normal with the mods i have?

Im going to make up a boost leak tester with soapy water and see how things go, then might have to send the charger upto Tim just to check it out but i dont think it would be that build quality is great as far as im concerned.

Then might have to change hot size intercooler piping to 3" and put an intake tube on for the filter like Tim said.

If there is nothing wrong in the system and because of my mods thats what psi its going to make, what if i was to get a custom pulley made up to get around 10-12psi would it be ok on the charger as the motor is tuned to see it, so thats the only thing going to be under abit more stress?

I have to replace the catback system on it now id like some of your opinions for max performance and best sound. Most people like my engine builder and local exhaust bloke reckons single 3" catback. I was thinking mayble dual 2 1/4", i rang difillipo and they recomend dual 2.5" into single 3" as it wont drone compared to single 3". Let me know what you guys think thanks

A lot of folks go with a 2nd hand twin system of a HSV. Full twin 2.5" will be better than twin into a single 3" as a full twin 2.5" system can flow more.

You would need to talk to Tim about pulley sizes as there is limit to how fast you can reliably turn the blower. It all depends on your engine rpm.

I dont mind purchasing a new one. I thought maybe full twin 2.5" would be abit too big for v6, so thats why they recomended the twin into single?
