VS V8 Alternator (BXH-1250 Police Special 120A)

Hello, i was in need of a new alternator and i picked up the 120A police special for $180 new, only it wont fit in the position of the stock alternator the mounting bracket is to big.

Has anyone had any experience installing one of these do we just cut the stock bracket or is there a different bracket to buy?

Well i had no replys so i took to the bracket with a hacksaw. Turned out great, the 120A alternator is mounted and running great. I can now have my lights on and my system pumping and the dash lights don't even dim now like they used to. Seems like the 120A alternator has an AUX output as well, might add a small extra battery in the boot for my system to run off
