the q is SS or 6T stock showroom
my tip the ss
because the ss is lighter than the bf falcon
on standard cars both engine run similar hp/nm figures
so buy that and that alone power to weight (my opinion)

Well the question was asked what would win. What do you think everyone is gonna put there head in the sand and say the Holden will?
The turbo's from ford are quick as are the V8's. Whats sad is the fact that the debate isn't between the 6L and the Boss motor, thats what Ford should be ashamed of.

the sv6 is no match to the xr6t, sv6 was introduced to go up against the xr6.
and about xr6t vs l76 ss, motor was done the 1/4 mile in a l76 ss faster than they have done a r8. in a straight line the xr6t is no match(but it is better than the GT)

I love my Commodores and I'm also a Holden lover. But I am first and foremost a car lover..

People have joined this site to hear about Commodores, that doesn't mean we can't discuss anything but Commodores. FFS.. The XR6T is a damn fine car and I refuse to accept a stupid point like, "take away the turbo" to try to prove they're ****..

I love my Commodores but I also love my Fords. If you think my post is unreasonable, go to SC. You're going to fit right in there..

They'll probably argue about how a stock VB Commo will kick a worked XR6T's arse..
