Think Phreddy is still in the same place.

He's been great to deal with. I was really worried because a lot of people say he takes forever to get back to you but he replied back within a couple days and kept me informed the whole time.

Couldn't help myself. Installed the aux input. Works awesome. Put it in the console so it's next to the 12 volt power. Wouldn't even know it's not factory.

Phreddys work is so good. All neatly labeled. All put together very well.

The input is nicely hidden away.
Mine is in the console plate next to my phone button at the rear of the window switches.
I'm hoping to fit another power outlet inside my console.
I have the power outlet, just need to stop being lazy and lift out the console to fit it.
Ages ago I bought new front and rear ashtrays for the console as each of these have a power outlet for cig lighter.
But the whole idea of having ashtrays didn't sit well with me, a non smoker which is why I picked up another power outlet.
I'll try and take pics like you have as I do it.

I wanted to keep it low key. Was going to put it on the bottom pocket in the dash but wanted to put it near the 12 volt outlet. Will probably buy a cheap MP3 player off eBay and leave it connected all the time.

Can you control the songs via the headunit ? or is it just a AUX input ?

Just an AUX unfortunately. Tried using the phone but it's a pain in the ass and you don't really want to be changing songs while driving. Need to come up with something else. If only there was a way to use the steering wheel controls to control the phone.

Stereo is in. Sitting on just over half gain on the amp so not even pushing it. So much better then stock. Tweeters in factory spots. Definitely don't need a sub now it's more then enough.

Contemplating the interior colour once again. Woodgrain is getting old fast. Was looking at other options. Holden factory silver is boring and matt. HSV brushed silver is crazy expensive. Piano black is so over done. Dem suggested cherry black. Could be pretty interesting.

Just did a quick eBay search for the side vents to practice on. Cheapest was 27 bucks. Pass. Still have a bit of a can of cherry black so will just take the current ones off and do it. If it looks crap I have black here to.
