TOIL day tomorrow so I can go home and spend a few hours on the ute. Hoping I can get the NSS repair, oil change and a check over underneath all done. Picked up the pin holder for the key barrel light just couldn't get the top so reckon it may not stay in place. I still have no idea what the rest of this light looks like; as of the 12 - 15 wrecks I looked at none had the green light, which I assume is the cover and locking part for the bulb? If anyone has a pic that would help heaps as I can't see a VR/VS one on Google.

Finally finished the steering column. Everything is back together and steering wheel is on and horn works. I put some conductive grease on the contact ring. That should help lube it and maintain a good contact.

Fitted a second set of RCA's and bridged my amp. Thought it might have been louder than it is. A fair bit louder than it was. But thinking another set of speakers is still on the cards. I have speakers just need to make speaker boxes and mount the up near the back window ledge.

bought the alloy front bar off this just now for 155 bucks inc freight.. Getting it freighted up as its 2hrs west of my work. I have set of HID's to mount on the bar. She'll be nice and bright once I get them set up.

Fitted this today. Hopefully should protect me from wallaby strikes. Winter is bad here and still dark when you leave for work.

spotties have been mounted for over a week but yet to wire them up. I need some more bits from jaycar before I connect them. Need conduit for the switch wire. Also didn't bring enough tools with me to my other house from home. But I have drilled the firewall and fitted a grommet for the switch. Most of the rest is fairly easy. Gonna be a bit of dickin around to fit the switch under the heater control knobs in the blanked of switch spot but not hard.
