That's uncomfortably close to the trolley-return bay!!

Isn't it annoying when someone parks in your spot, and you have to hang around & murder them (so they don't do it again) & dump their body+car? It's sooo time-consuming.

Those trolley bays you see in the photo are about as full as they ever get, the spot I'm parked in is at the furthest opposite end from the two main entrances into the supermarket, a set of escalators in one corner and an elevator in the other, those two locations are where most of the trolleys are dumped.

The cars you see in the photo are there most days, they mainly belong to the employees.

If the carpark does fill up, I either park out on the street if there is a space free or I come back later.

Yes I hate it when arrive to see someone parked in them, I should keep a shovel in the tray,

So I jumped in with both feet as someone said and bought an evoke 3.0 wagon. Drives well but needs the usual replace all fluids and filters and a wash.
Congratulations, any pics of the car?

Was that the white wagon that you found?

Not the dealer one. This was a private sale. Someone must have had success with radiator caps from somewhere?
Very quiet compared to the VE but those little poverty pack 16 inch wheels and 4wd tyres are a bit too loose for my liking.

You'd have to be stupid to buy a car like that!! When you buy 3 tyres and get one free what do you do with it??!?!!
You just have to buy the same model of tyre 3x in a row, that’s all! :)

Nice car... You could always swap the wheels out with some SV6 ones for example... How many kilometres did you buy it with and did it come with any history?

Not sure on the radiator cap thing...

It's done 110 thousand and everything is original. I was tossing up between a newer one say 2017 for a few grand more or something like this. It's a genuine Grandpa car. The original owner was over 90 and is no longer with us. So obviously the car needed a new owner. The interior looks like it's almost never been sat in.
The cloth seats seem fine to me. Maybe they have softened up over the last 9 years going by all the people who said they were shocking. My main gripe is with Holden as usual designing some seriously outdated features that make no sense at all right beside some high tech up to date features. Ignition key lock for example looks like something out of a VH. The white LED dash display disappears driving towards the sun ...

The car has a head up display which blocks your view of the road. Can I rip this out or is it some kind of safety standard nonsense?
