How did that go... was it easy as i have been thinking of doing it. .

Other than to and from the body shop I haven't driven the Ute for a few months, it's locked away in the shed while I work on other things.

I'll probably find time to do it sometime later in the year.

There's no rush as I'll have to take it to Sydney for a tune which I don't have time to do at the moment and if I do that I may as well make it worth my while and have a new cam installed at the same time.

Thanks to Photobucket I've had to waste a couple of hours or more hunting down, resizing and reloading the photos in my first few posts.

I hope they go broke.

Looks like I've suffered the same fate. Ah well there goes my thread, I'm not doing that again. Is there away to delete the whole thread?

I know it is an old thread, but I love your ute.
The wheels look great and I like the side strips. I wouldn’t put on the bonnet strips, but that’s just my opinion.
I’m planning to debadge mine soon, and a new set of 20 inch rims when I need new tyres.
I can’t decide on what rim I like best.
Maybe King Malice wheels.

Amazing photos & great ute. The attention to detail is sensational - I can never get my calipers to shine
Thanks for sharing - you have set the bar high for us all !

Some new shoes for the Ute.

I've hated the stretched look on the rims from day one so I finally got around to swapping the 245/35R20 on the front for 275/30R20 and the 275/30R20 on the rear for 285/30R20.

I initially tried to slip a set of 295/30R20 in the rear but she was feeling the pain and wouldn't open up wide enough so I backed off with something smaller.

The photos are awful, I didn't realise how bad my camera functions in overcast weather and I also tried my phone which wasn't much better, anyway they is what they is.

I think if you 'click' on the photos is makes them bigger.

This is the 295/30R20's that I tried to fit, the last photo is the stripped tyre standing next to the original OEM rim and 275/30R20 tyre.

What is the rim width ?

Fronts look good.

Still a little stretch on the rear ?
