Hi guys, I have an issue with my VY Calias. When the engine goes cold, coolant leaks out. (Big Puddle in Garage). Is it possible that this is a hole ? :wax: If so, where would my best bet be to get this fixed up.

i had the same problem , but after cleaning throttle bodies it improved a bit. however in really hot days when Ac is one, i could feel the rough idling

I have realized , when ever i turn the aircon on there is a loud click , coming from engine bay. now i have heard this on some other vy-s aswell. it was the same with my VX.... However there is no clicking on VS models..etc... What this clicking cause by?! can i remove it...?!1 Also I noticed...

holden dealer, ask for Calais exhaust tip. pro looking at around $100.

My Calais died today, the engine was keep over heating and coolant was over flowing from the compartment. had to call in a tow truck, got lucky and tow guy didn't charge me $ 251.00. so tomorrow i will find out what wrong with it.. i'll keep you posted

there was no contamination, i double check with a mechanic as well

hmm i haven't check my trans fluid. but last night the coolant started to spill form under the coolant compartmented. however the oil residue is soft of brownish and whitish mixture.

it is an auto and i never thought about that.. but when took it to holden they said it was valley seals ... i guess i have to check with couple of mechanics how do i check for auto fluid?!!1

I took it to holden service center , they reckon its gona coast me ~ $600ish to replace the valley seals, + the radiator has to get flushed , so that will be $110 etc...... unless there is someone in brisbane who's willing to do this for me with $$ off course..:thumbsup:
