Hey, Now the l/hf, I would bo looking at strut damage they have bearings in the top but also the shock itself. Now the metalac sound would be the sway bar links a very common prb easy fixed and you can get them on ebay cheap.

V6 are known for leaking oil there it comes from the main oil seal or the valley gasket.
