hey mite/hopefully is only a simple problem have a 92 vp calais and the air both cold and hot is only coming out at the feet with a/c and not to the face...any1 know wat this problem could be any help appreciated thanks ben

paid 3800 for mine however 210000 on the clock. buuut lpg and cd player installed. inside shmick as, as well as outside may i add in SA

never had a problem with all panels and parts neither have any of my friends who use them on a regular basis. not trying to start an argument you are quite right about the cheapest price but yer i trust these guys due to previous experiences

gday fellas realise this is a very simple procedure to some of you...need to install a new set of brake pads on my fronts...apart from changing/refilling liquids don't know or do too much to my car. So a basic guide in some simple english would be much appreciated if anyone can be bothered...

no, no and no sory mate, i stick to the speed limits and keep the car straight around corners...and keeping to that id be near 100% sure i won't be killing nobody due to the cut springs

vn calais steering wheel on after covering 40+ wreckers in adelaide and somehow still not finding a vp cal steering wheel its like a ****ing bus regency booked for April 18th allowed to drive round till then after going to cop shop and showing the fixed defects just gotta get the CUT springs...

lpg tank tested wiring and a gauge replaced $440 later...... :(

hey one of the reasons im off to regency is that my horn wasn't attached to my steering wheel and this was due to 2 of the black plastic studs that attach the horn to wheel breaking off had a shot at removing them by unscrewing them but the soft plastic just crumpled under a pair of pliers...

nah still haven't booked regency yet getting everything done first, rims are changed over, gas tank being tested this week and steering wheel i don't know yet...ill post a pic of my problem later and see if anyone has any quick-fix ideas.

yea sure has IRS Rims can only be 2" larger than the wheels they came with the old internationals on them are 15's

went through a license check last week and after recieving a $76 for not having my P's card on me i explained to the cop what i thought of the situation....bull**** he wasn't too impressed with the manner of my response so turned his attention towards the car...got defected for having the 18's...

update of car finally got the rims on yesterday got the front springs cut today with lowered pedders in back with a spacer removed not much else done pioneer 6" in the back and 4" in the front...and pioneer h/unit on gas 220000 km's alarm got the car for 3.8k and rims w/new tyres for 1k...

looks better than yours mate ;) front springs chopped and pedders red in the back with 1 of the spacers removed... :D

cheers guys!!! well done on wasting about 5 minutes of your life i have been in MANY commodores with cut springs that yes do ride a bit rough but are absolutely fine this is a temporary thing for a few months...can't be riding around on 18's with the car jacked up a foot...so going to take...

hey not looking for any arguments here at all about cutting springs so please don't start them getting vy ss 18's on the vp calais today and out of funds so going with the cut spring option just wondering how much i should be expecting to pay at a mechanic for the job to be done....would...

got a 100km trip to do tonite through the country...have a problem though my dash (speedo/taco/trip computer) aren't lighting up when my headlights are on....when i have my headlights off my trip computer lights up and as i switch it to parkers everything lights up for a sec but thats it...

3.8...father won't let sonny have a 5L yet :( probly a smart idea and cheers mate was afta the classy look and feel...loved the last vp but the roaring exhaust/dero rims/tinted backlights and window made the car look unbelievably crim and will post pics after its all done
