Hi guys, I was servicing my car when I came across a tube that has split into two. It seems to leak a little bit of oil onto my manifolds but nothing major. I have attached a picture, so if anyone knows the name of the part that would be much help :) Cheers

Hi guys, Got these headlights on my vy and one little annoying issue is the headlights have some kind of yellow marking. Im not sure what to do to get them clear again. Will I ever get them nice again? PS Car came with these headlights so have no idea what it is.... Cheers

Well the car is pretty far so I am just getting some advice from some hard commodore fans before I waste my time..... Car has 170odd kms on her and Ive checked even with HSV that everything matches, just now actually need to check the engine and VIN itself rather than off the rego sticker.

The car im looking at is a vt clubsports II.

Definitely the series 1 VT's. The series two back lights boost the look dramatically IMO. And then as mentioned above, any commodore that hasn't been looked after just looks horrible. But top of the list would have to be a holden with..... wait for it....... a chevy badge on it! ewww!

somebody keeps stealing my petrol cap and now even broke the cover to the system so im pretty sure petrol is evaporating.... what can i do?

ive heard because it decompresses the compressor when you turn if off before you turn the car off. and if your going to get back into your car 5 minutes later you dont want the compressor fully loaded.

I've always been told that before i turn off my car its best to turn off the heater/air con. I was just wondering why this is the case and if it actually does make a difference......

Just wondering if the air flow meter for the vt's v6 are the same as the vs's by any chance? Also maybe someone might be able to help me here, my car starts but stalls when i try and accelerate. I changed the air flow meter for a second hand one, because RACV said thats 90% sure the problem...

Just wondering if the vt v6 fuel pump is the same as either the vs fuel pump or the vx supercharged fuel pump. Just need to know so i can check my fuel pump on the vt. Thanks guys

fuel pump is working fine. ecu well dont know how to check that? this problem is driving me nuts, id be sure someone on here would know of it, but seems not :(

the cops will hear what? im pretty sure a supercharger is fine on your p's, but any performance enhancing mods are illegal in victoria.

only the noise from the supercharger, not a v8 sound. but for a couple hundred you can get an exhaust kit, but you can do that on your stock v6 if your looking for sound.
