Tried that! Have also run Penrite 10 tenths racing 15w50, nulon street and track 15w50 and motul chrono v300 10w40 and there all crap compared to Redline 10w40!

Get on to www.ls1.com.au and have a chat to gaz05 about the baffled deep pans he does. The filters to suit are about $60-$80 through Repco and together make a massive difference (tune helps aswell)

The pump and injectors in the e85 compatible models flow over 30% more then the standard ones (series 1 ve) because roughly 30% more e85 is needed compared to say 98 in the combustion process! Hence why they are a cheap and reliable fuel system upgrade for a series 1 ve!

The xforce systems sound good, at least until you change diff gears and get that unbearable drone when cruising on the highway! I have been told hurricane systems although maybe quieter don't have the problem with drone as xforce does.

Not sure what it costs for that where u are but here there was very little difference in price between changing gears in my old diff (including new bearings etc) and buying a whole new diff with shot peened gears.

Mate for the cost of parts and labour it's prob better either sourcing a good used diff or get a brand new diff and sell your old one.
