hi All, used a battery pack to jump start my 09ssv, all works and runs apart from I have no digital speedo display, no tacho or standard speedo and the traction control/ABS doesn't seem to be working. Radio and centre console instrument cluster works fine...can anyone shed some light and...

i got some 3.5 inch tips from my local muffler shop, rrp was $90 each ( i got them mutch cheaper!!) ill post a pic if ya want but they are the same beveled ends as the pics in troy711 post. simply grind the welds on your original tips, slide old ones off, push these ones on and weld in place...

I know Remus do motorcycle exhausts and have been for a long time, the ones ive seen have been fairly well made too. car looks good!!

looks great :thumbsup::thumbsup: lowering a little would look good and definatley do the exhaust, otr and tune. Keep us posted, i think the statos look tough if done right and your definatley headed in the right direction imo

After reading this thread i have decided to leave my car out in the next hail storm to get dimples on it, so it goes faster, however my bikes and my VCM OTR have smooth air intakes and that is how they are staying, despite what the TAFE lecturer sais!!! Well done monkeyboy, looks good and...

i have Advanti choppers, i use a 19mm thin wall socket, fits fine. as VooDoo sais you need the correct nuts, not the original holden ones.. Hope this helps!!

yep the g8 diffuser looks WAAAAAAY better!!, stays clean, cant go wrong!!!! Theres some other links on here on how to fit them as the slots dont line up but its easy to modify, let us know how you go and post the pics!! GO THE BLACK SSV's :beer chug: :rockon: :spot on:

yep took mine off completely. have noticed the bonnet lining is rubbing on the otr a little so thinking about one of the hood infils........anyone have one?

No paint.............polish them and clear coat!!!!! Would suit your rims imo

yep i painted the "stain" ( cheers tinny) myself, you can seperate the badge halves so the chrome stays chrome then paint the rest, stick back together and presto.................... custom stain.

well had the windshield plenum replaced under warranty, not sure if it an updated one but it fits perfect for now
