the only time you need it is at the drags it not fantasies its realisom just makes all your comments a load of rubbish a v6 can do better times than the average v8

I've got a V8 SSV in the garage but my daily is a nicely modded G6ET that hooks up pretty darn good. Haven't lost to a V8 yet on the Goldie.
If you were going to go nuts on a six, why not have started with one that's already on boost?

Yes There is 200 RWKW LFX SIDI V6 2012 commodore I have a Orsom OTR Mace 13mm intake spacer 20% under drive pulley and twin 2.5 exhaust and a good remote custom tune from Oztrack in NSW

Lol... "good remote custom tune" thats like 4 different contradictions in one sentence. Especially since it's Oztrack. They like to make motors go boom at the best of times.

Far enough in the outback to get a remote tune? But not far enough to mean that you couldn't get a run on a dyno to find out it's got 200rwkw?

I wonder what a stock sidi sv6 would make with just an ecu tune or a completely new aftermarket ecu?
anyone done it?

I have a ve sv6 lfx 6 speed Auto with 209rwkw and 431toq and did a 14.61 sec at Perth motor plex.It has a few mods 2.5 cat back exhaust 13mm intake spacer orsom OTR CNC ported throttle Body 20% underdrive pulley and a Oztrack NSW remote tune. I have the paper work to prove it. Same as a Stock 6L rwkw but down a little on toq as the 6L V8. It will leave Ls1 behind no probs

Hahaha, leave it behind? Maybe a clapped out VT LS1 with a spongy auto, I'm sure you're a decent run for the money but come a stock VY SS you're a second behind, which at the traps is like you walking.

You just said yourself that it's down on torque. Horsepower sells cars, torque wins races ;)

seems like a waste to spend all that money on a 6 just to try get it near a 8. just buy a V8 and have a better car to begin with.
