2008 sv6 bumper conversion to 2013?

Hey all need to get a new bumper soon for my series 1 2008 sv6 ute, was wondering if anyone has done a conversion to a 2013 bumper? I prefer the look, I know I would have to convert the lights to series 2 lights but is there anything else someone who’s done this before tell me?

When you wrote 2013, did you mean VF or the last of the VE's?(MY12.5)
